Successful small businesses are those which are small in size, but big in productivity and quality of its services or products. No matter what is your business goal and in which field you are working in. One company is worth as much as the people who run it, work and create within it.
The signs of an economic recovery may be in a far distant future, but you could never tell that if you looked at Bizcloud traffic patterns. Recently I was asked by the investor community about Bizcloud traffic growth. To be honest, I was not on top of it as I should have been. We have been concentrated on providing for the needs of small and medium business owners, and looking at statistics and numbers was not our focus. After seeing our traffic analytics, I wanted to inform everyone about it. I wanted to share our success with you and thank our readers and ever growing user community for continuing to return back tobizcloud.net
As a private company we do not share the exact number of visitors or our statistics. The following is simply a chart of our traffic growth over time. This reflects a total number of users, not any specific cherry picked section of users

The term Intellectual Property or the acronym IP means (and provides) protection for creations of the mind. More specifically, they grant the creators/owners exclusive rights to these creations.
IP is divided into two categories: artistic and industrial. • Artistic Intellectual Property rights are protected by Copyrights.
• Industrial Intellectual Property rights are protected by Patents and Trademarks.
General opinion and first thought that comes to a mind when it’s about IP are artistic works, scientific patents and similar. That’s a big mistake. Your Intellectual Property are all information, resorts you have used and productsof your work.  We are talking about customer lists, business processes, publications, trademarks, etc during and after your employment with the company. These items are considered Intellectual Property and proprietary information. Read more »

It’s out there. And, to get your piece of it you will have to jump through some hoops. Only a fraction of the latest Stimulus Package of 2009 has been doled out! Use caution in your research as there are several outfits out there that are more interested in scamming people than providing true direction. I have done some research and uncovered how small to medium businesses (SMBs) can access stimulus funds starting with online research using a handful of search terms like: stimulus, package, Obama, 2009, recovery and economic. First you will be led to www.recovery.gov. It’s the right place to start understanding how the stimulus package is intended to work. But it isn’t clear who qualifies. Where experts, like me, come in, is we are able to determine how SMBs qualify, identify what needs to be done, work the system, and navigate through the process. The Obama Stimulus Package of 2009 augments the Bush Stimulus Package of 2008 and is developed to target stimulus money into some key economic engines. Those categories and allocations are: $126 B for Infrastructure and Science $142 B for Protecting the Vulnerable $78 B for Education and Training $65 B for Energy $59 B for Healthcare Knowing what to look for increases your opportunity. You will need to research further to find the links on how each department is charged with managing and disbursing those funds. Because only a small fraction of the monies have been distributed to date, you may find that your company or you as an individual can qualify for monies. Go here for a more detailed category list. Pumping trillions of dollars into the economy will have an impact! What is apparent is that the stimulus plan is designed to accomplish some specific results. Targeted industries will get money and others will get nothing. The stimulus is particularly aimed at law enforcement, energy, science and greentech. With the Federal Government’s help, America will move towards more energy independence and efficiency. The huge cash injection will accelerate the desired results. So, if you are in those industries or support those industries, whether a venture (VC) funded /starting a small business or an established SMB on the periphery, by undertaking a small effort and shift you could avail your firm to those monies. And, you better start now! The venture and investment communities are asking their portfolio companies to find out how to access the stimulus money. It’s complicated uncovering how your SMB might qualify, and early stage companies can rarely dedicate the resources. Furthermore, it takes a fair amount of savy to garner stimulus funds, and more critical now than under the prior administration, it takes political positioning. So, sharpen your pencils and start working the phones, the web and start building your small business plan and working the right relationships. Alternatively you can find a consultant with expertise in this kind of work, but be warned. One day that money is going to dry up. You wouldn’t want to miss out on something that you paid for, will pay for, and that your kids will pay for…would you?
It is 2010 and after listening to this Youtube Online Video painful analysis of what is wrong with the State of the Union, yes our Union here in the USA Peter Schiff hits the nails all on the heads. I mean this guy is for small business, big business and everything in between. He so eloquently states that our government is quickly running us off of a cliff into a faster melt down economically.
If Obama really cared about this country, if Obama was a leader he would do what Schiff suggests in everything he talks about, education, loans, spending etc. (too much to list here). If Obama or McCain or any one of our “selected leaders” were actually a leader they would hire Schiff as Secretary of the Treasury and start taking names and numbers on Wall St. Get rid of all of the cronies in Washington and put in smart high school seniors. They could do a better job.  All of these experienced Wall St. guys are digging us in even deeper. Sorry for the rant be we need to mobilize the Small Business Leaders into action.
When small businesses band together we would be in the 10’s of millions. Many call us the economic engine of the country, including the politicians, so if this is so when then does Washington BAIL OUT the big banks who don’t lend to small businesses? Maybe it is just me and the big banks are giving money away to small businesses, it is just I have not met a single one who was given a loan from the TARP money, have you?
I did not actually listen to the State of the Union Speech but based on what I heard on the radio afterwords it was empty and hollow. So my real question is WHY? What is their end game? Grow government so that they are the biggest employer and we have a nanny state we can all become dependent upon? Here is a brief excerpt from my other blog that I grabbed a letter from a small business owner.
“However, let me tell you some little tidbits of fact which might help you decide what is in your best interests. First, while it is easy to spew rhetoric that casts employers against employees, you have to understand that for every business owner there is a back story. This back story is often neglected and overshadowed by what you see and hear. Sure, you see me park my Mercedes outside. You’ve seen my big home at last years Christmas party. I’m sure; all these flashy icons of luxury conjure up some idealized thoughts about my life.
However, what you don’t see is the back story. I started this company 28 years ago. At that time, I lived in a 300 square foot studio apartment for 3 years. My entire living apartment was converted into an office so I could put forth 100% effort into building a company, which by the way, would eventually employ you.”
Today the President did something unusual in American politics – initiated an open dialogue with members of the opposite party. Visiting the House Republican retreat, he took questions on anything they wanted to talk about. He heard them out, acknowledged where they were right, and gave a genuine explanation where he felt they were wrong.
It’s worth noting that the President is looking to answer your questions as well. That’s why immediately after the State of the Union, we partnered with YouTube to give you an opportunity to ask questions of the President.  Go and ask whatever you want, or just vote on other questions that your fellow citizens have submitted, and the President will answer some of those questions in a unique live event on Monday at WhiteHouse.gov.
